Currently, the need for affordable home repair and weatherization greatly outweighs the capacity of programs and resources providing these services.
There are multiple rebates, tax credits and incentives that could make it financially feasible to make energy efficiency advances. The Home Repair Program is Habitat Philadelphia’s strategic response to this overwhelming need. Note that many cameras on the advisory list are NOT mentioned in the phase-out schedule, and they are STILL ELIGIBLE FOR FREE REPAIR under the advisory after 3/31/2011.
