SHRA offers assistance for home repairs to low-to-moderate income owner occupants of single family homes within the City and County of Sacramento. An initial energy audit of the home is performed, and then the partner family volunteers for a minimum of eight hours – usually split between working on façade improvements and the exterior of the home, as well as insulation and other repairs to the interior.
